Payments by card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. You can also ask Paddle for a refund directly at paddle.net, using the receipt email Paddle sent you.
How it works
- Refunds go back the way you paid, through Paddle.com.
- When the refund is made, the time that payment bought ends. Time you bought with another payment stays.
- If a fault on our side keeps you from using Enamel at any point in your pass, tell us: we'll add the lost time back or refund it.
Refunds after 14 days
Enamel is digital content you can use straight away, so after 14 days we don't refund a change of mind. If there's a real problem, write to us anyway.
What is not refunded
Accounts suspended for sharing or for copying the content, after the first 14 days.
